Duties Efficiently pick orders using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Load and unload shipments with precision, adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock levels are accurate and up-to-date. Pack products securely for shipping, including labeling, boxing, and quality control checks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and managing storage areas. Follow safety procedures diligently during manual handling tasks like heavy lifting, picking & packing, and stock replenishment. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Knowledge of barcode scanning for logistics operations like shipping & receiving.
