Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to support our fulfillment and shipping operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and organizing outgoing orders to ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Package wine products securely and accurately for shipment. Verify order details against packing slips and shipping documents. Label packages and prepare them for carrier pickup. Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies. Organize and maintain inventory in the packaging and fulfillment area. Assist with sorting and preparing orders for daily shipments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging workspace. Monitor packaging supplies and request restocking when needed. Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory. Follow company procedures for safe handling and packaging of products. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully. Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic. Ability to lift and move packages within standard workplace guidelines. Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
