This role begins as a contract position with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Inspect, sort, and pack finished products into boxes or containers according to specifications. Check product quality for defects or inconsistencies before packaging. Assemble boxes, seal, label, and stack them on pallets for shipping. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any issues with equipment, materials, or product quality to the supervisor. Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned. Identify and report hazards in the production process. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses/goggles, hearing protection, gloves, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

Team-oriented personality. Detail oriented and attentive. Proficient in mathematics. Ability to work in fast paced environment with tasks requiring physical exertion. Well-developed sense of personal initiative. Work with or around sanitation/cleaning chemicals. Ability to exert and/or lift up to 50lbs.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
