Job Description

Job Overview Pick/ Pack/ Ship Crane Equipment and Service, Inc.is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Order Pick/Pack/Ship Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for accurately picking materials, packing orders, returning materials to stock, and preparing shipments according to engineered standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable using tablets, reading drawings, loading trailers and collaborating across departments to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick materials using tablet-based pick lists with BOM drawings while achieving high first‑time pick accuracy.
  • Interpret drawings, diagrams, and work orders to verify correct materials.
  • Issue materials in the system to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
  • Perform Return‑to‑Stock (RTS) processes, ensuring unused or incorrect items are verified and returned to the proper locations.
  • Organize materials and keep items grouped by work order, labeled, and facing forward.
  • Work with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Engineering, and Quality to gather correct parts according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Report discrepancies, missing parts, or BOM errors for timely resolution.
  • Prepare accurate labels, packing lists, and documentation.
  • Load crates, pallets, and lengthy steel onto 53‑ft trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
  • Follow all safety procedures and weight‑distribution guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment following 5S principles.
  • Perform other duties as required and keeping the team culture.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Expert knowledge of proper rigging, lifting, and load-handling techniques for oversized products of 5 years is must
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, bending).
  • Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly and assist in handling much heavier loads using equipment. Frequent and extended time periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
