• 1st shift 6a-2:30p Monday-Friday OT as assigned.

• to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are safely packaged, meet quality standards, and are ready for distribution. • Key Responsibilities
• Packaging & Palletizing
• + Operate packaging and filling equipment efficiently + Assemble corrugated boxes and prepare shipping materials + Pack finished food and condiment products + Stack completed cases onto pallets for shipment
• Quality Assurance
• + Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy + Verify product weights and packaging components + Complete quality documentation and reporting
• Machine Operation
• + Perform minor adjustments to production equipment + Clear line jams and assist with start-ups and changeovers + Monitor machinery to maintain production flow
• Safety & Sanitation
• + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Adhere to PPE requirements and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Performance Tracking
• + Record hourly production counts + Monitor visual management boards + Support team problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
• Qualifications
• + High school diploma or GED required + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods + Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance) + Comfortable working around machinery in a fast-paced, high-noise environment + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
