Description:

Removes completed thermoformed sheets and individual parts from inline thermoforming machines. Visually inspects thermoformed sheets and individual parts. Identifies and segregates all non-conforming products per Quality Assurance instructions. Reports all non-conforming parts to the Process Technician and/or Quality Assurance. Operates scales and stacks and loads individual parts in bags, bins and/or pallets per job specification. Completes secondary offline form, trim, weld, assembly and inspection processes. Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area. Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months previous production line experience preferred Ability to continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day Good vision Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Good manual dexterity and agility Ability to pass all required employment pre-screenings
