6:00am- 2:30pm The Order Picker position provides a valuable opportunity to contribute to a dynamic distribution facility.
Order Picker Responsibilities:
- Use manual pick tickets or RF devices to accurately select items for retail customer orders
- Visually inspect picked inventory for accuracy and quality
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment
- Move goods from storage areas to pallets or carts using manual equipment
- Stretch wrap pallets by hand and affix appropriate labels
- Transport pallets to staging lanes with pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation of receipts, returns, and shipments
- Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory
- Contribute to warehouse cleanliness and organization as directed by supervisors Requirements for
Order Picker:
- Ability to stand at a work table for 3-4 hour periods within an 8-hour shift
- Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 20 lbs regularly
- Prior experience of two to four years in similar warehouse roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management
- Familiarity with equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks
