Picker/Packer

Duties Carefully pick items from designated storage locations based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Label packages clearly with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch Conduct quality checks to verify that orders are correct and meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and improve workflow processes Experience Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks is a plus but not mandatory Willingness to learn safety protocols and adhere to company policies for a secure work environment Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction! $19.32 - $24.71 per hour
