RESPONSIBILITIES

Pack product on the production line with speed and accuracy Ensure that production guidelines and standards are continually met Seal, tape, and label each package Load, stack, or pile product into containers to prepare for shipment Inspect products for quality and damages and report discrepancies to management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Complete forms and paperwork that track measurement, weight, and count Always wear protective gear and comply with health and safety regulations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus Required to stand for long periods May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great attendance and punctual Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
