Job DescriptionSet-up and inspect dry ice machineInspect mold, press, and surrounding area for hazardsOperate fork-lift to transport equipmentOperate high pressure dry ice machine to clean moldsReplace and organize dry ice equipment in store areaHeavy work inclusive of frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50lbs.and exposure to heat and some dust. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED recommendedApplicants without a High School Diploma or GED, must complete In-House Competency Test (non-core jobs only) to be deemed eligible0-1 year of manufacturing experience neededNo relocation assistance is offered for this positionENVIRONMENTSafety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes. New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends. The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. HOURLY PAYThe hourly rate for this position is $22.22 per hour. This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program. This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is $0.20 per hour for overnight shifts, $0.15 per hour for evening shifts, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts. Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
