Pick/Pack - North Aurora At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading distribution center in North Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly in a fast-paced environment. Shift Patterns Friday to Tuesday 6:30 AM to 3 PM Pay Rates 18.00 - 19.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack Experience in a warehouse environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40-50 lbs regularly throughout a shift Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules, including occasional mandatory overtime or weekend shifts during peak volumes Role for Pick/Pack Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, apply accurate shipping labels, and seal packages Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts or replenishment Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials
