Warehouse Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately picking and staging orders for outbound shipments and customer will call pickups. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, conducting forklift inspections and recordkeeping, and assisting with periodic inventory counts. Pay Rate:
$16/hour (starting) Schedule :
Monday - Friday. 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. OR 5:00 p.m. (flexibility appreciated for end of day) Key Responsibilities:
Ability to read and follow printed or digital information and instructions to pull the required material to complete a customers' order in a quick, self-reliant, and efficient manner. Physical Requirements:
Equipment:
Ability to pass all requirements for running and using a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, while wearing and using any safety equipment such as safety glasses, non-slip hard soled puncture resistant shoes or anything else deemed necessary. Work Conditions:
The ability to perform job activities, with appropriate intermittent relief where applicable, under difficult work conditions such as extreme cold, heat, inclement weather, at heights, while exposed to constant intermittent sounds. Climbing:
Must possess the ability to climb, work, and carry items up and down ladders. Manual Dexterity:
The ability to make quick accurate, skillful, coordinated movements of one hand, one hand in coordination with its arm, or two hands to grasp, place, move, or assemble objects for orders. Coordinated with the ability to use eye and hand coordination to determine proper distances and levels when moving product from the racking system to the floor for picking. Safety Harness:
The ability to wear the safety harness to perform job functions when needed. Lifting Capabilities:
Possess the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, multiple times daily without assistance. Or up to 100 pounds with assistance. Required method is to have a partner or use available tools for any object over 70 pounds. Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1 year experience in Forkflift operations Preferred Qualifications:
