Duties Carefully inspect and select products for packaging, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance. Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble packaging components and prepare items for shipment. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely to move materials within the facility. Follow packaging procedures aligned with FDA regulations and CGMP standards to maintain product integrity. Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) where applicable to monitor packaging machinery performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management by accurately labeling, sorting, and documenting packaged items. Qualifications Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, with familiarity in assembly and packaging processes. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required. Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards related to pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate packaging. Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their role in manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
