Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it. Description Adecco has immediate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Packing openings for a client in Janesville, WI. These can be temp to hire openings depending on performance and attendance. This site is NOT temperature controlled. The Production Packaging Associate is an entry level position, responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load, move material, and operate packaging equipment. 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm $20/hr 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm $21/hr 3rd shift:11pm-7:30AM $22/hr Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
- Pick up dropped bottles from production floor and place into designated bins.
- Place discarded bottles into grinder, if applicable.
- Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
- Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
- Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found.
- Monitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed.
- Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
- Move finished goods to designated area.
Qualifications:
HSD/GED NOT
required- Previous packing/assembly/warehouse experience preferred
