Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are handled with care and meet quality standards. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our shipping and receiving operations, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and fulfill orders. Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy of items before shipment. Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet order fulfillment goals. Skills Experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in shipping and receiving operations. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and quality control measures. Ability to operate pallet jacks and other mechanical equipment safely. Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures for various types of packages. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy. Strong organizational skills to manage stock effectively within the warehouse.
