Responsibilities:
- Inspect manufactured cups before they are boxed to guarantee top-tier product quality.
- Safely start, stop, clear jams, and operate automated baggers, printers, and case erectors.
- Prepare box blanks (KDs), load packing materials, and ensure accurate final counts.
- Place completed cases onto conveyor belts for final quality assurance inspection.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to 5S safety standards.
- Track and record accurate daily production counts and communicate updates smoothly at shift handovers.
- Assist the Quality, Blanking, and Printing departments with sorting raw materials or finished inventory when required.

- 1-2 years of prior experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience instructing or training team members once fully qualified in the role

- Proven capability to stay organized and manage workloads in a high-speed, multitasking production environment.
- Sharp attention to detail and self-motivation to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry/lower up to 30 lbs, and push up to 250 lbs using a rolling cart.
- Comfortable climbing equipment stairs and working in varying temperatures/humidity levels.
- Excellent visual acuity and depth perception.
- Flexibility to fulfill overtime requirements to meet distribution goals.
