PACKING/WRAPPER, FLUENT IN ENGLISH OR BILINGUAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, FAMILIAR TO USING EXCEL SPREADSHEET ON COMPUTER. COMFORTABLE WITH BONING OUT MEAT, PACKING AND WRAPPING MEAT. PREPARE AND PROCESS MEAT

TRIM, CUT, AND

REMOVE UNNECESSARY PARTS TO MEET COMPANY SPECIFICATIONS AND PORTION CONTROL STANDARDS. QUALITY CONTROL

INSPECT

MEAT FOR FRESHNESS, DEFECTS, OR CONTAMINATION, DISCARDING ANY SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS. MAINTAIN HYGIENE AND SAFETY

STRICT FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS, CLEAN WORK AREAS, SANITIZE EQUPMENT, AND WEAR PROTECTIVE GEAR PHYSICAL STAMINA

ABILITY

TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS, PERFORM REPETITIVE TASKS, AND LIFT HEAVY ITEMS
