Job Description
Packer / Palletizer Overview Leaders Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packer/Palletizers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will package and palletize finished products, perform quality inspections, operate production equipment, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Operate packaging and palletizing equipment safely and efficiently. Package, label, and palletize finished products according to company standards. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Read and follow work orders, production documents, and packing instructions. Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift experience is a plus). Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures, GMP, CGMP, FDA, and company policies. Accurately complete production documentation. Qualifications Manufacturing Packaging Palletizing General Production Warehouse Knowledge of packaging equipment and manufacturing processes preferred. Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Basic math, reading, and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. #HUNT123
