Pick/Pack - Brownsburg At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with Radial - Indy in Brownsburg. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment. Shift Patterns Monday through Saturday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with flexibility to work weekends and 10 hour shifts. Pay Rates 18.50 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack Can you describe your experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment? How do you ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips? Are you comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift? What experience do you have using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems? How do you stay organized and focused when handling multiple orders or working in a fast-paced environment? Role Responsibilities for Pick/Pack Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking. Scan items against order slips to ensure the full order is filled with the correct merchandise. Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer orders. Utilize the OPEX machinery system and warehouse management systems to make accurate inventory changes. Assist with packing materials distribution and the disposal of empty boxes.
