Production Helper-1st Shift

MRI Steel Framing is a manufacturer of steel building products, and we are located in Gary, IN. We are looking for exceptional individuals to fill packaging and material handling production positions. Packaging / material handling - First shift positions start at $17 per hour. Weekly attendance bonus of $2.50 per hour. This is earned by working 100% of your scheduled hours for the week. If you intend to be reliable and punctual your starting payrate will be: - First shift $19.50 per hour ($17 + $2.50) Quarterly safety/Housekeeping and efficiency bonus. 80 hours of paid time off per year plus 8 paid holidays after 90 day probation. Health, dental, and vision coverage options offered. Life insurance, LT disability, ST disability, and 401(k) offered. We have multiple positions available on first shift. The duties would include stacking, banding, cutting wood, and packaging finished products. This position is fast paced and physically demanding . No experience is needed for this role. However , reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are required . We E-Verify for employment eligibility and require a post offer physical exam and a drug screen.
