AM Schedule Pattern:

Rotating 2/2/3 schedule with built-in overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assemble, pack, and label healthcare and testing kits Follow computer-guided instructions to pick products and components Verify order accuracy before shipment Transfer completed kits into shipping containers Apply labels and prepare packages for delivery carriers Rotate between different workstations after training Maintain quality and productivity standards Required Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods, including up to 12-hour shifts Strong attention to detail Experience working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Reliable attendance and willingness to work a rotating schedule Preferred Experience Kitting Packing Assembly Production work Warehouse operations Picking and packing Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagle Creek, IN 46214. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75
