Shift:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri) → $17.25/hr 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Mon-Fri) → $19.25/hr ✔ Overtime may be required based on business needs ✔ Consistent attendance is expected What You'll Be Responsible For Safely operate a cherry picker at heights up to 20 feet Accurately pick and move product using RF scanners Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards Support receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks as needed Maintain clean, organized work areas Follow all safety protocols without exception What We Expect (Non-Negotiables) Minimum 6 months recent cherry picker experience Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet confidently Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English for safety What You'll Get in Return Competitive hourly pay based on shift $1.50 raise after conversion $0.25 raises every 6 months Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employee assistance program Referral bonuses 4 weeks PTO in your first year Why This Role Is Different We partner with companies that value dependability, productivity, and long-term employees—not short-term labor.
