Job Description

Job Description Lingo Staffing is now hiring! Warehouse Associate -
Picker/Packer Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime on weekdays and weekends.
Location:
Plainfield, IN.
Pay rate:
Starting at $14/hr
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products according to directed work on RF scanner and/or order slips.
  • Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery.
  • Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Support other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
  • No prior experience is required — training will be provided!
