Food Packer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $16.50 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm) Package pretzel products according to company specifications Inspect products for defects, consistency, and proper labeling Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety guidelines Operate basic packaging equipment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisorsFood Packer Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills Fast-paced production setting Exposure to food manufacturing conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.) Must follow strict hygiene and safety protocols Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
