The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do): Pack plastic bottles and containers according to production standards Visually inspect bottles for defects and quality issues Assemble and prepare boxes for packaging Operate grinders and process materials as needed Use hand tools and secondary equipment, including flamers, leak detectors, grinders, and blenders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures Report safety, quality, or production concerns promptly Verify that the correct supplies, labels, cartons, closures, and coloring materials are available and being used Ensure all required production documentation is accurate and available at the machine Complete production reports accurately and on time Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Stay detail-oriented while inspecting products and completing documentation High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and commitment to meeting production goals Heard on the shift "The work culture is nice and the management is great,"
