Your main responsibility is to ensure that the correct product is placed in the appropriate carton, and that this carton is packed into the correct box, following the specified method. It is essential to verify that the correct label is applied and that each box is placed on the pallet properly, always adhering to food safety plans. Re-pack Responsibilities Understand the meaning of the Julian date (best by date) in order to follow quality control standards and prevent the packing of expired or mislabeled products. Be able to read the packing carton to determine which product needs to be packed next; this could involve 6-count, 8-count, or 12-count packs. Distinguish between BJ'S and

boxes and products to ensure correct sorting and packing. Assemble cereal cartons for the product, verifying that each carton has a printed expiration date. Place cereal cartons in the display box in the correct orientation. Inspect the final box to confirm it contains the correct items before sealing and placing them on the pallet. Inspect all labels used and recognize any errors present. Communicate with the leadership team if there are any changes or adjustments needed for the product or label. Stack boxes correctly on the pallet to ensure stability and safety. Operate a pallet jack to move finished products or pallets as needed. Identify and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for working in this area. Required Skills Attention to detail. Ability to follow SOPs.
