Packaging Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a Packaging Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Kansas City, MO within the consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced operations environment. As a Packaging Associate, you will support daily production by preparing, inspecting, labeling, and packing finished goods according to quality and safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a team-focused manufacturing environment where reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are valued. Candidates who take pride in consistent, accurate work and enjoy contributing to an efficient production process can be successful in this role. Key Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to production requirements, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Inspect products and packaging materials for accuracy, damage, defects, or inconsistencies.
• Label, sort, count, and prepare items for shipment or further production processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Support production goals by working efficiently, following directions, and communicating issues to leads or supervisors.
• Assist with basic material handling, line support, and other production tasks as assigned. Compensation and Benefits
