Will maintain a productive work pace and to complete projects as assigned in a productive and accurate manner. Job Responsibilities Will remove garments from boxes Place stickers or hangtags on garment Place garments in boxes Communicate openly with Group Lead and Packaging Manager. Order Entry into Oracle Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Basic computer skills Complies with UT's attendance policy; Reliable, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position Effective oral and written communication skills Regularly demonstrates UT's Vision and Values Demonstrates dependability by following instructions and responding to management direction and take responsibility for own actions Demonstrates quality by being accurate and thorough; Continues to look for ways to improve and promote quality Encourages safety procedures by using equipment and materials properly; Reports potentially unsafe conditions Physical Demands Able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to identify color Able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
