Hours:
7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Keep production moving and be an essential part of the team! We're looking for a dependable and safety-minded Loader to support a fast-paced production environment in Olathe, KS. In this hands-on role, you'll use your forklift skills to load, unload, stage, and deliver parts and materials to keep the assembly line running efficiently. You'll also prepare and inspect components, organize materials, and ensure everything gets where it needs to be on time. If you have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy staying active while working as part of a team, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work! This is a temporary role. Loader/Forklift Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Load, unload, and mask components for the production line
  • Pull parts and materials according to assembly line requests and production schedules
  • Deliver parts and kits to designated departments in a timely manner
  • Arrange parts on racks and place racks onto the assembly line conveyor
  • Handle parts of various sizes and weights using safe material handling practices
  • Read and interpret work orders or follow verbal instructions from supervisors
  • Clean metal surfaces by removing grease, dust, dirt, and other contaminants prior to production
  • Verify materials and parts are accurate and free from defects before delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Loader/Forklift Requirements:
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand work instruction
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
