Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires a strong focus on quality control, organization, and efficiency to meet our shipping deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction. Duties Accurately pack products according to specifications and guidelines to ensure safe transport. Label packages correctly for shipping, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. Inspect products for quality assurance before packing to minimize returns and complaints. Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate efficient packing and shipping processes. Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines. Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking. Good physical stamina, as the role may require lifting heavy packages and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
