Production Operator Position Summary:

The Production Operator safely handles, packages, and moves graphite products in a high-volume manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Bag and palletize products per order requirements Vacuum graphite into industrial bags following safety procedures Sort and organize bags and pallets for inventory accuracy Stage, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment Inspect bags, pallets, and containers for quality compliance Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility Support shipping and receiving activities Follow safety protocols and use required PPE Maintain a clean, organized production area with the team Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and palletizing Ability to work in extreme industrial conditions (heat, dust, noise) Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule Additional Information Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided Steel-toe footwear is required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
