E-Commerce Packing & Shipping Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Packing & Shipping Associate to join our small, close-knit team. This is a hands-on, independent role in our climate-controlled packing area where accuracy, organization, and on-time execution matter every single day. Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship products with an average weight of 5lbs and a maximum weight of 40lbs. Print and apply shipping labels accurately for each outgoing order Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock shelves Repack items for resale to ensure product integrity Maintain accurate inventory records and reorder warehouse supplies as needed Keep the packing and shipping area clean, organized, and ready for the next day Communicate clearly and proactively with delivery personnel, supply vendors, and the team Ensure all shipping activity meets daily deadlines and company procedures

Requirements :

Reliable personal transportation to and from work, Monday through Friday Must be authorized to work in the United States Strong attention to detail and natural organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time to meet daily shipping deadlines Comfortable standing for a good portion of the workday; able to lift up to 40 lbs (pallet jack and dolly available for heavier loads) Clear communication (verbal & written) skills for working with delivery personnel, vendors, and coworkers What's the office culture like?
