Walton, KY Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome. Must have strong counting skills. Ability to read English to accurately identify products for inventory counts. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Items weighing more than 50 lbs require a team lift. Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Ability to perform a variety of warehouse tasks and cross-train as needed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance required. About the Warehouse Associate Role As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include: Count products and inventory accurately. Pack products and prepare items as needed. Build and organize pallets. Enter and maintain inventory information. Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties. Assist with lifting and moving products throughout the warehouse. Work with team members when handling items weighing more than 50 lbs. Cross-train in different warehouse functions. Maintain an organized work area. Follow established workplace safety procedures.
