In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for collecting golf balls from the driving range using specialized equipment and ensure the area stays clean, organized, safe, and inviting for players at all times. Your proactive approach will help keep the facility running smoothly while contributing to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels. Key Responsibilities:

Operate ball picking equipment and utility vehicles to retrieve golf balls from the range area. Clean, inspect, and load collected balls into the ball washing system. Refill range ball dispensers as needed to ensure constant availability for guests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the range area, including mats, targets, baskets, signage, and floor. Check for and remove damaged or unusable balls. Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or range conditions to management promptly. Follow all safety protocols, especially when operating equipment in active play areas. Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers and other staff members as needed. Perform additional tasks related to driving range operations or maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comfortable working in outdoor conditions in various weather conditions. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a golf course or outdoor maintenance role. Familiarity with driving range operations and basic golf etiquette.

Work Environment:

This position requires extended periods of standing, walking, and operating motorized equipment outdoors. Exposure to sun, wind, rain, and varying temperatures is expected. Proper training and safety gear will be provided.

From $11.00 per hour
