Kelly is hiring Packaging Associates to support a Johnson & Johnson company in Bridgewater. Join a collaborative, quality-focused team helping ensure products are packaged accurately and reach customers as expected. What you'll do Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in an FDA- and/or GMP-regulated environment. Print, inspect, and ship labels using UPS and FedEx desktop systems. Perform quality checks and verify product drawings and instructions for use (IFUs). Process product returns using the Veripac machine and package repackaged items. Complete compliance checks and transactions in JDE and BtB systems. Order and track packaging materials, including labels, boxes, ribbons, and IFUs. Handle and move packages and materials weighing up to 50 pounds when preparing bulk orders. Work across departments while protecting confidential and sensitive information. What you'll bring High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and internet browsing. Strong communication and collaboration skills. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of your work. Sound judgment and comfort managing risks when information is limited. Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds . Experience in an FDA- and/or GMP-regulated environment. Helpful experience Familiarity with SOPs. Experience with Worldwide Labeling, Windchill, JDE, BtB, Compliance Wire, or SUMMIT. Background in packaging, quality control, or logistics. Relevant operational or compliance-system certifications.
