Responsibilities Fill, seal, and label granola packages with precision and speed Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move raw materials, finished products, or packaging supplies within the warehouse or production area Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance and product safety Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, packaging counts, and quality checks Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing/food production environments preferred Ability to interpret production documents and follow detailed SOPs accurately Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality assessments Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently while maintaining safety protocol adherence Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills in warehouse operations and materials handling This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a growing bakery that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
