Part-Time Farm Produce Packer

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Farm Produce Packer to join our team. This role focuses on packing freshly harvested greens in our cold storage area and preparing products for distribution. Responsibilities Weigh and pack fresh leafy greens into retail and wholesale packaging Label finished products accurately Maintain organization and efficiency during packing operations Follow food safety and quality procedures during handling and packing Work in a 34°F cold storage environment (protective gear provided) Assist with cleaning and sanitation of packing areas and equipment after packing operations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all training and standard operating procedures Requirements Ability to work in a 34°F refrigerated environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures Preferred (Not Required) Previous food production, farm, or warehouse experience Experience with food packing or labeling
