Ardent Staffing is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist in Hudson, MA This is a temp to permanent position - $19 Normal hours are M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm Overtime available. Great work environment! Responsibilities and Duties Forklift and Order Picker operation (high-bay warehouse) Pick, pack, verify, and ship customer orders. Prepare necessary documentation that supports the fulfillment and shipment tasks. Willing to support the business in different areas based on daily demand: Willing to learn and adjust easily with changing priorities. (Multiple paths for advancement.) Support with Quality Control checks/verifications. Assist in assuring a safe working environment. Adhere to standard operating procedure and department operating procedures. Qualifications and Skills Must be detail-oriented for quality purposes - batch numbers, part numbers, product locations. Must read, write, and speak English. Reliable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift Be able to meet all regular hours and overtime hours as needed.
