Full Job Description Job Summary:
Express Employment is seeking reliable and motivated Entry-Level Warehouse Packers to join our team. No prior packing experience is required; however, previous warehouse experience is a plus. This position involves packaging products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications. Inspect products for quality before packaging. Label, sort, and organize inventory. Assist with order picking and preparing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
