Immediate Openings Pay Rate:
$18.00/hour Shift Availability (must have availability for at least one): 1st
Shift:
4:30 AM•3:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM•11:00 PM 3rd
Shift:
11:00 PM•7:00
AM Position Overview:
A leading packaging solutions manufacturer in Marlborough, MA is hiring reliable and motivated individuals to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with long-term potential. As a Packaging Associate, you will support production and packaging operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency on the line.
Key Responsibilities:
Package, label, and inspect products according to quality standards Operate basic production and packaging equipment (training provided) Perform routine quality checks to ensure product consistency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety and operational procedures
Requirements:
Ability to read a tape measure (required) Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred (any machine experience considered) Strong mechanical aptitude from prior work experience Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and twist for 8-12 hour shifts Ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently and 50 lbs as a team lift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
