BILINGUAL
( ENGLISH & SPANISH), dedicated, and detail-oriented Production Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and compliant packaging of products in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with packaging processes, and familiarity with manufacturing environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production operations while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure seamless production flow Assemble, package, and label products accurately following specified procedures and quality standards Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other regulatory guidelines Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the production area Conduct routine inspections of packaging lines to identify defects or deviations from quality standards Support warehouse activities by organizing inventory, preparing materials for production, and maintaining cleanliness Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Document production activities accurately, including batch records and process deviations Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize packaging efficiency and product quality Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments preferred; warehouse experience is advantageous Familiarity with FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality control procedures Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills using hand tools for assembly or minor repairs Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated packaging systems Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently within a warehouse setting Strong understanding of packaging processes, assembly techniques, and manufacturing workflows Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high accuracy under pressure If you are committed to producing high-quality products within a regulated environment and possess the necessary technical skills, we encourage you to apply today.
