Flexible On-Call Production Associate (Packing & Boxing) We are seeking motivated individuals to join our on-call staffing pool. In this role, you will be cross-trained to support two critical areas of our operations: Packing and Boxing . You will be scheduled in either department based on daily operational needs.

Starting Wage :

$19.57 per hour Work Schedule & Flexibility Because this is an on-call pool, there is no guaranteed set weekly schedule. This role relies on open communication and adaptability:

Key Responsibilities Packing:

Securely pack finished products into designated containers according to company standards.

Boxing:

Assemble boxes, label packages accurately, and prepare goods for final shipment.

Adaptability:

Seamlessly switch between packing and boxing duties depending on the shift's demands.

Quality Control:

Inspect products during handling to ensure they meet our strict quality guidelines.

Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols. Qualifications High level of reliability and responsiveness to scheduling communications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting. Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required.
