262 Millers Falls Rd., Turners Falls, Massachusetts 01376 Work Shift 12hr-C Shift (United States of America) The Utility Floor Person is responsible for; controlling resin and regrind; inspection and packing product and reporting on production. Mixing resins and color concentrates to supply the molding machines with correct material mixtures. Ensuring each molding machine is running the correct resin Keep areas for resin mixing and storage, clean and organized Sorting, cleaning and granulating flash and rejected product to maximize reuse and minimize loss Perform on-line visual inspections of product, quality testing and quality rejections of nonconforming product. Affixing sleeves, labels and stickers to finished product Packaging of finished product Reporting case count sheets, quality inspection and other reports to shift supervisors and managers Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
