This position pays a range of $18 to $19 per hour, based on experience. Key

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Train, Coach and Develop Pack-Out Team. Confirm that the production lines are supplied with Raw-Materials to meet production needs. Able to measure production and give feedback to the team. Available to fill in as needed for breaks, absences, assistance. Clean and maintain safe work area. Ability to operate a forklift safely. Other Duties as required. Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required Previous production/packing experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels within the facility Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changes in workflow Strong team player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, and clean. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changes depending on the season.
