Job Description

Job Summary:
Lamson, a leading cutlery manufacturer, is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and quality, while engaging efficient and timely work habits. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and inspecting orders and products, helping manage inventory records, and assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments. Computer experience with POS systems - a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items in a timely manner for customer and dealer orders. Assist with packing and preparing items for shipment. Inspect and clean products upon arrival in the warehouse to ensure they meet quality control standards. Assist Cycle Counts of raw materials and finished goods. Receive items into the warehouse management system and update inventory records. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries. Consistently maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate improvement strategies with team members and report any discrepancies such as inventory, quality issues, and manufacturing defects.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (30-45lbs) and perform manual labor tasks daily. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A willingness to learn new tasks and job skills.
