Summer Helper Kraft Group LLC $15.00 - $22.05 Hourly United States, Massachusetts, Worcester Apr 28, 2026 Description SUMMARY The Helper is a temporary position not to exceed 90 days. You will be responsible for the proper adherence to established procedures within each Department assigned. Helpers work closely with all departments to include: Corrugating, Converting, Planning and Shipping to ensure that all customer requirements are achieved and safely and on time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform housekeeping duties including trash pick-up Landscaping assignments Assisting with inventory management and/or shipping and receiving Quality Control Compliance with all Safety and Standard Operating Practices. Strict compliance with any training or certification requirements when operating any equipment. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work a flexible schedule and work assignments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to communicate effectively Ability to read and comprehend blueprints a plus Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 18 years of age or older

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a prolonged period as well as bending and stooping regularly The job duties will require the employee to utilize repetitive fine manipulation with hands The employee must use hands to handle and feel The employee is frequently required to talk or hear The employee is required to reach with hands and arms The employee must regularly push/pull/lift 40lbs Specific vision abilities for this job include close vision, distance vision and depth vision Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
