We are hiring Order Picker Operators to join our warehouse team. This position involves operating a Raymond Order Picker lift to select boxes or products from high racks. This is not a general labor position — it requires operating powered equipment, following OSHA safety rules, and working at heights. We are seeking an experienced Order Picker (Raymond Lift Operator) to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating a Raymond Order Picker (Cherry Picker) forklift in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate an Order Picker lift safely and efficiently. Go up with the machine to pick boxes from high shelves (up to 30-35 ft). Scan, label, and verify product numbers and quantities. Build pallets or carts according to order sheets. Keep work area clean and organized . Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures . Report damaged or missing products to supervisors. Requirements Must be 18 years or older . Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights . Must wear a safety harness when operating the lift. Must pass a written OSHA safety test before training. After passing the test, candidates complete a 20-30 hour hands-on training before being assigned as a full-time Order Picker . Previous experience with Raymond, Crown, or Toyota Order Picker lifts is a plus (training available).
