Restaurant Assistant

China Wok is a fast-paced, family-owned restaurant dedicated to serving fresh, high-quality food and providing excellent customer service. We're looking for energetic, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team. We welcome students and those newer to the workforce, but prefer candidates with some prior restaurant experience. Responsibilities:

Greet customers with friendly and professional service Take orders accurately in person and over the phone Prepare and package food orders quickly and correctly Assist with cleaning as needed Work the POS machine and handle cash Complete daily tasks as assigned Learn to operate fryers Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred Cooking rice and packaging food Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Punctual, dependable, and responsible
