Picker (No Equipment) Help ensure customers receive the right merchandise, accurately and on time. As a Picker, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse orders moving—from selecting products to preparing completed shipments. Previous warehouse experience is welcome but not required. Overview In this role, you'll pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders, maintain accurate inventory organization, and help prepare products for shipment. You'll work carefully, follow instructions, and uphold warehouse safety, quality, and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders. Read work orders and follow instructions accurately. Record quantities picked and report shortages. Prepare completed orders for shipment. Move products between warehouse storage and shipping areas. Load, unload, sort, and organize warehouse inventory. Restock shelves and maintain proper product organization. Follow warehouse safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Meet company accuracy and quality standards. Must-Have High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to pass background and drug screening. Nice-to-Have Previous warehouse experience.
