Hourly Job Summary:

To coordinate the work activities within a production area to accomplish production schedules.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate inventory system for production schedule Ensure product is cut and wrapped according to customer's specifications Ensure quality check from you and employees Communicate with Long Haul Division when schedule is complete and when changes may occur Work with crane operators to ensure proper buns are dropped and are the correct dates requested Ensure proper information is communicated on any markdowns and charge backs Make sure all scrap is moved in a timely manner Perform other duties as requested

Education:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
